As Vice President of Enterprise Marketing & Communications for TrueBlue Staffing Brands, Barnes leads an award-winning MarCom practice supporting all of the commercial staffing brands within the TrueBlue company. With over 20 years of marketing, market research and communications experience, she leverages a deep understanding of of the staffing industry and marketing strategy to drive growth.
Barnes has worked for over a decade in the human capital and staffing space, previously at Paycor, a national payroll provider and CareerBuilder a leader in recruitment technology. Her expertise is focused on leading demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing and market research teams. Barnes received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Transylvania University and her Master’s degree in Media Studies from William Paterson University.
