Dedicated Program Management – Your network of Walmart locations will be managed by our SDO (Service Delivery Organization), which serves as a single point of contact. Their primary responsibility is to fully-understand your hiring needs and navigate our branch network to ensure we fill those positions – with exceptional service delivery. The Service Delivery Operators have vast experience in retail staffing and truly understand and can relate to these unique industry challenges.
Centralized Candidate Recruitment Team – We offer a centralized team of specialized recruiters that finds unique talent specific to your needs. They source individuals who are eager to work for the Walmart brand and have an interest in positions within the retail environment. Every associate meets Walmart compliance requirements and is e-verified, drug-screened, and background checked.
Short and Long-term Staffing – As your needs change, so do our solutions. If you need a flexible workforce or want to turn a temporary worker into a permanent employee, we are ready to help. We’ll recruit a workforce that meets your requirements: workers who can manage SKUs and plan-o-grams, work second or third shift, and pass background checks. Your dedicated Service Delivery Operator will craft specific solutions and a scalable workforce to meet your unique needs.
Ongoing Communication –Between your Service Delivery Operator and local branch staff, you can expect on-going communication to ensure we’re meeting and exceeding expectations. This includes regular status review of projects and overall performance.
