With over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, Jill brings a strong track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team development. She began her career at KPMG in the audit practice, gaining a solid foundation in financial controls and reporting before joining Starbucks, where she spent 15 years driving financial performance across multiple functions. Jill has held progressive roles spanning supply chain finance, business operations finance, and corporate finance. Most recently, she led the creation of a Center of Excellence focused on improving G&A efficiency, delivering measurable impact through process optimization and strategic partnership. A graduate of Whitworth University, Jill is passionate about developing high-performing teams and enabling the business to achieve its goals through insight, collaboration, and financial discipline.
