When a security and investigations company needed a reliable staffing partner for a prestigious sports event in Orlando, FL, they faced a dilemma. The local PeopleReady team coordinated with three nearby branches to manage staffing for the event. Each branch took responsibility for staffing a different shift – first, second and third – to maintain consistent coverage throughout the entire event. This strategic approach allowed PeopleReady to meet the high-volume staffing demand while making sure every position was filled with qualified workers.

In addition to staffing coverage, PeopleReady took proactive steps to ensure all workers were prepared and compliant with event requirements. Branch members conducted detailed pre-event communication and attended worker orientation sessions to gain a clear understanding of job responsibilities, parking guidelines, event-specific rules and dress code expectations. The company required a strict dress code of black pants, button-up shirts and suit jackets, and branch members took the extra care to purchase suit jackets for workers in need to support the client’s success.

To further support operations, PeopleReady managers and sales representatives were present on-site during key check-in times (7:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.) to provide additional guidance and support. This hands-on approach played a crucial role in maintaining seamless event operations from the first shift to the last.
