Kim Hans

SVP, PeopleReady Service Excellence

Kim Hans has served as Senior Vice President of PeopleReady Business Operations since September 2023. Hans is a 25-year industry veteran known for her ability to lead customer-focused teams through complex and challenging projects to meet targeted goals. In her role, Hans ensures operational excellence across all aspects of service delivery while optimizing the experience of our clients and workforce.

With PeopleReady since 2021, Hans most recently served as Vice President, PeopleReady Services. She is a member of The Exceptional Women Awardees Foundation and graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. A California native, Hans lives with her husband and three daughters in Orange County, California.
