Setting Up Notifications in JobSack!

Set up notifications within JobStack so you don’t miss out on any pertinent information in regards to your work order. Here’s how:

  • Click on the Notifications tab in Settings
  • From here, you have the option to select what type of notifications you want to receive:
    • When workers are dispatched
    • A reminder when you can extend an order
    • A reminder to rate workers and enter their hours

Q: Did you know that we’ve developed the app with you in mind and we need your feedback?

Here's how:

  • Go to: “Tell us what you think”
  • You are able to leave general feedback by rating the app
  • But did you know that you can share your ideas?
  • Type you’re suggestions in the “share your ideas blank provided in the bottom.”

Q: Do you know how to invite new workers that are highly rated?

Here's how:

  • Go to: “Invite workers”
  • You will be prompted to invite workers who have previously worked for you first.
  • To add more diversity to your teams, you can also sort by ratings and select new highly rated workers to give an opportunity to. This is a great way to extend the depth and diversity of your team.

Q: Do you ever want to request a previous associate back when you have a heavy seasonal push and need good workers? But when you try to find their names, they’re lost? JobStack is the answer.

Here's how:

  • Go to “Place an order”
  • You can create an order and the names of your previous associates will appear.
  • You will also be able to see the ratings that you gave them.
  • You can then invite them and they will receive a notification that they have been invited.

Q: Am I able to download and start using JobStack today?

In order to use JobStack (app and online), you will need to be invited by a member of the PeopleReady team. Talk to your representative to get started today.

Q: Can I extend my order using JobStack?

Yes. The “Extend Workers” tab allows you to view jobs currently in progress in JobStack (app and online). From the ‘extend worker’ selection, you can extend your order as is. If you need to make edits to the order, other than the date and number of associates needed, please contact your PeopleReady branch.

Q: How can I be sure that all of my job order requirements are being met when JobStack fills my orders?

JobStack uses existing requirements for repeat orders. New orders and quotes will be input to the app by the branch team, who will ensure that the correct background and compliance packages are selected. If JobStack is not able to meet specific requirements, our branch will work with you through traditional methods to ensure your order is filled on time.

Q: I have multiple jobsites. Can I place orders for all of these sites through one account?

Yes. JobStack empowers you to place orders for all of your jobsites and watch them fill in real time. Each time an associate is dispatched through JobStack to your worksite, you’ll receive a notification alerting you that your order is being fulfilled.

Q: Can I select certain associates for an order?

Yes. You are able to select available associates you would like to have dispatched to the job who have worked at your jobsite before. When “Extending a Worker,” associates will receive a Job Ticket in the JobStack Worker App letting them know they are returning to your site. When “Placing an Order,” associates will receive a notification on the JobStack Worker App that you have requested them for a job. They will have advance notification to respond to this job before any other associates. You will see “Not Available” next to the name of an associate if they have committed to another assignment.

Q: Why am I asked to rate associates?

PeopleReady asks you to rate our associates in order to determine the best fi t for future orders. . You are able to rate associates on a scale of 1-5. You are able to see these ratings for associates who have previously worked for you when placing an order and requesting associates. There is also the option to rate as “do not return.” A “do not return” rating prevents this worker from being dispatched to a job for your company in the future.

Q: Can I cancel an order through JobStack?

No. In order to cancel an order, you need to call the branch. In the “Current Orders” tab, you can select “Cancel Order,” and it will provide you the phone number of our servicing branch.

Q: How can I see the status of my order?

In the “View Current Orders” tab, you will be able to see the number of workers you need and how many are currently on that work ticket.

Q: Can I submit hours using the JobStack?

Yes. JobStack allows you to enter the time worked by associates. Once entered, associates on the app will get a notification of this time. Associates can confirm their hours so that they can be paid.

Q: Can I place an order using JobStack?

By selecting “Place an Order,” you can place an order for a position that already has an agreed-upon quote and location for work. You can edit days of the week, start/stop times, and number of associates needed (by day and shift), and you can add shifts as well as change report-to contact information. You may also see preloaded positions for additional needs. To place an order for a new location or to add a new position, please contact your PeopleReady representative.

Q: What do I do if I forgot my password?

When you log in to JobStack, select “forgot password.” From here, you will be prompted to enter your phone number, and a new PIN will be texted to you. After you enter this PIN, you will be able to create a new password.

Q: What do I do if I need to update my profile?

Having the most up-to-date information allows us to best service your order. If you need to update your phone number, email address or physical address, or any other information, please contact your branch.

Q: What do I need to download the app?

All you need is the internet or a data plan. There is no cost. We recommend using Wi-Fi if you have a limited data plan.

Q: Am I able to edit my job order using JobStack?

You are able to edit your order only when you select “Place an Order”. Any changes to a current order must take place through the branch.

Q: Can I get a copy of the orders placed, associates rated, and hours approved through JobStack?

Yes. Using the “Email Order History” tab, you can select a date range and email yourself (or someone else) a report.
